PP Shakhawat Hossain, PHF hosted a special meeting of the club in his corporate head quarter to launch a new initiative to popularize and promote the 4-Way Test. PP Shakhawat Hossain, PHF has taken the initiative to print and translate the 4-Way Test and display it in prominent public places throughout the country. He began with displaying one just behind his desk. He will display additional copies on the different floors of his factory, the school and college sponsored by his family and the orphanage established in his father's name. He is happy to provide a copy of the 4-Way Test Banner for display in any public place where a permission may be obtained.
He also reported the prospect of an additional project at the Orphanage with the assistance of CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) funding from one of his international buyers. This funding may be combined with a Matching Grant project.
The President presented an outline of a Health and Wellness workshop for Dec. 7th, 2012. The details of this programme are published in its own page. You may visit the page from this link. The members gave a full endorsement to the programme for a whole day to train an individual to be responsible and proactive in maintaining good health with good practices and habits in their daily lives.
PP Shakhawat Hossain, PHF took the opportunity to commemorate the rare visit of Ann Naseem Latif Khan to the club meeting by jointly presenting some fabric samples from his factory with President D.D. Ghosal.
